My role focuses on ensuring that SBS delivers structured, efficient, and compliant insurance solutions across all divisions – from commercial and professional indemnity to sectional title and specialist risk placements.
While our brokers lead client-facing advisory, my responsibility is to ensure the systems, governance processes, and service standards behind the scenes operate seamlessly.
